Code of Conduct and Ethics

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics embodies our basic principles, which illustrate our shared commitment to responsible behaviour within the company and define how we conduct our business. 

In combination with our management principles and our quality and safety guidelines, the Code of Conduct sets out standards and compliance directives that ensure respectful and dignified treatment of our employees, safe and fair working conditions and a sustainable approach to the environment.

Supply chain diligence

We are clearly committed to respecting human rights and protecting the environment. It is the declared goal of the SCHOTTEL Group and all its affiliated companies to respect and protect human rights and the environment along the entire value chain.

Respecting and upholding human rights and environmental due diligence is the basic prerequisite for working with SCHOTTEL Group companies. 

Whistleblower system

Compliance with the principles of lawful behaviour set out in our Code of Conduct applies to all employees and directors of every SCHOTTEL Group company.

We expressly request and encourage you to report any irregularities or violations of laws, regulations, agreements, guidelines and/or compliance guidelines in order to clarify and remedy them.
