SCHOTTEL Industries GmbH is an industrial holding company with activities in the areas of marine propulsion systems, gearbox technology and automation technology. SCHOTTEL Industries is owned by the descendants of the founder of SCHOTTEL GmbH as well as by the Norwegian company Frydenbø Industri AS. The Group currently comprises five companies and a total of around 1,800 employees.

Our mission

All of our operating entities are long-term investments, and we support them in their sustainable development. In so doing, we also respect and encourage the autonomy of each company. In areas where common activities are more efficient and where it makes sense to develop common standards, we strive to bundle the necessary measures. These areas include IT infrastructure, quality management and compliance.
